Vice President, Operations
As Vice-President of Operations at CCMR3, Joe oversees the day-to-day for client recoveries and strategy, collection CRM, and a robust technology stack.
A 14 year industry veteran, Joe's committed to professional and ethical accounts receivable practices -and has deep industry knowledge of the FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, GLBA, UDAAP, and ECOA. He's a certified ACA International Professional Collection Specialist, State of Nevada Collection Agency Manager licensee, and a State of Michigan Collection Agency Manager licensee. His vast industry experience managing high-performing teams across various portfolios makes him an exceptional addition to the CCMR3 team.
Joe studied Business Administration at SUNY Brockport and currently resides in Rochester, NY, with his wife and three daughters. He's an avid sports fan and cheers on the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, and Boston Red Sox in his spare time.
